Santa and Mrs. Clause Family Photo Opportunity

A free holiday event for the whole family, visitors can stop by for some hot cocoa and photos with Santa and Mrs. Clause. Visitors must bring their own camera or smartphone if they wish to take any photos with Santa. For reservations, the limit is one ticket per family. The host of this event asks that visitors enter through the back entrance of the venue.

An Evening with Chevy Chase following a screening of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

National Lampoons Christmas Vacation star, Chevy Chase, will be live on stage following a 30th anniversary screening of the holiday favorite. Wild Winter Lights at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo will be hosting a winter lights display that will feature more than a dozen “interactive zones,” from Snow Safari to Santa’s North Pole Lodge. Other notable displays expected to make an appearance this year include the “A-Roar-A Borealis” and a light show on Waterfowl Lake.

Games, cookie decorating and photos with Santa will also be available for event visitors. 

It has been years since this event, so tickets are expected to sell out. Buy them while you can!

Go to GLOW at Cleveland Botanical Gardens

Light up your holiday with cheer and attend this year’s GLOW festival hosted by the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. This holiday light festival includes decorated trees, crafts and gingerbread house displays. 

Holiday refreshments will be available in the Garden Cafe and visitors can get some holiday shopping done in the Garden Store for some unique gifts. The Garden Express will also be running so that kids can tour the gardens.

Lolly the Trolley is a local favorite, offering transport and city sightseeing tours throughout Cleveland. Register for the Silver Bells CLE Tour this holiday season! Gingerbread Workshop at Eastwood Mall

Kiddos can snack on hot cocoa and cookies while making their very own gingerbread houses. When the gingerbread houses are complete, they will become part of a village of gingerbread houses that will be part of a display at the Art Outreach Gallery in the Eastwood Mall. They will be on display between December 15th-21st. Gingerbread creators can take their masterpieces home on December 21st.
